Raised on a wheat & sheep farm in Southern NSW, Tony decided to pursue a professional career in Agriculture after completing a BScAgr degree.

After initially working in contract research & development, Tony spent time as a broadacre and cotton farm manager before moving to agronomy, professional consulting and seed company roles within the cotton industry over a period of 12 years.

More recently, Tony has managed rural farm-supply businesses, worked as a supply company business development manager, and led an agribusiness service provider as General Manager. In these roles, Tony has developed experience in agronomic advisory, crop protection, and animal health fields with farmers across broadacre, dryland, and irrigated businesses, as well as horticultural and grazing businesses, up and down the East Coast of Australia.

Tony has over 15 years of business management experience and has completed postgraduate degrees, including an MBA & MAg. Tony took on the role of National Sales Manager with Ecogrowth in July 2024, which he conducts from his base in the Northern Rivers of NSW.
