David Lilwall is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Ecogrowth, responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance functions and supporting the effective execution of the Company’s strategic objectives.

David has more than 35 years of experience as a senior finance executive, with broad expertise in financial management, governance, and internal controls. He has worked across a wide range of industries, including construction, engineering, resource services, manufacturing, transport, property development, hospitality, and financial services.

He has extensive experience managing statutory compliance, financial reporting, and company secretarial responsibilities within complex corporate structures, including oversight of up to 45 entities involved in property development projects. David is known for his strong governance focus, practical approach, and ability to implement financial frameworks that support sustainable business performance.
