The Human Resources team is dedicated to enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce, promoting our core values of integrity, passion, and discovery to achieve and exceed production targets. We are committed to the continuous growth and development of our employees.

To measure the human resources success in achieving the mission, we will track professional development progress, review skills matrices and monitor retention rates. Employee engagement and respect at work surveys will provide a measure of the effectiveness and implementation of the company values, whilst quarterly production output metrics will indicate the efficiency of the team.

A key aspect of workforce of growth and development, aligned with passion and integrity is ensuring that inclusivity is promoted. This commences with robust and equitable recruitment processes, regular policy review and training with the workforce.

Fostering and promoting a safe working environment is a key aspect of the Human Resources Department achieving success within the organisation and sustainable growth. Having a highly trained and capable workforce, a zero-harm work environment will be achieved through hazard identification, regular reviews and stakeholder engagement.

We plan to align individual employee goals to the organisation’s objectives through regular and systematic individual performance reviews, at least annually. This process will include goal setting, allowing pathways for career development and progression.
